File I/O error with several HDA files

Hello.

I need a help with an issue that is happening with our WebCenter Content (version 11.1.1.8 in cluster mode).

We are facing a problem with several documents which are in a workflow. When we try to disable this workflow from Workflow Admin applet, the Content Server throws the error "Unable to retrieve workflow information for 'COMPROVRESIDENCIA46476326600'. File I/O error. Unable to read from file 'comprovresidencia46476326600.hda'. Unable to parse result set 'WorkflowActionHistory'. The parsing error occurred at row 3562. Unable to locate field 2." and the operation is canceled.

In WebCenter Content's log we see that this error is not happening with only one document, but it is happening with several documents. It is always with WorkflowActionHistory result set, but at different rows and fields.
