Advanced Pricing basis code 8 BSFN with error

Dear Community we face the following issue in JDE Advanced Pricing Module (9.2 rel):

In Order to cover our  customers (in oil & Gas Industry)  business request we have to use the Basis Code 8 BSFN recommended by Oracle .

The issue we face is that this Basis Code 8 Function is passing wrong values .

We have followed all instruction from the white paper from Basis Code 8 in Advanced Pricing ( Doc ID 1291414.1 ) and copy-pasted the demo source code provided to create custom function B554502 that is supposed to call another function and pass values from F4211 and F4201 through pointers but the debug tells me that the values passed on are either blank or zero.
