CPIC Fast Track_BY20_MITBC Map Files

June 18, 2018 - First posting of the MITBC map files.

June 26, 2018 - Updated xml files - removed programCodeFPI tags (2 in total)

July 10, 2018 - Added plannedSharedService under the investmentDetails node for both addInvestment and updateInvestment

                         Under the lifeCycleCosts nodes:

                              *updated any tag with a BY_1 suffix to FY_1

                              *updated any tag with a BY_2 suffix to FY_2

                              *updated any tag with a BY_3 suffix to FY_3

                              *updated any tag with a BY_4_Beyond suffix to FY_4_Beyond

                         Added back the objectiveorGoals node under investmentDetails.  Please note that until the next ITDB release, the IDs published in the data dictionary will not be valid.
