Cannot Create CRT in Sourcing

Hello,

I have a lane summary, project, bid round, rate record template, and CRT configuration but when I click generate carrier response template from the bid round it says "Bid Round ID is required" but there is an ID, i am not sure where this means it is missing from. Has anyone ran into this or knows what I am doing wrong?
