Disable TDE in Oracle 12c Multitenant

HI All,

We have 12c multitenant architecture on RHEL7 ,TDE with auto login wallet  has been implemented to encrypt user table spaces in PDB .

Due to licensing restriction we need to remove/disable TDE for DB .I want to  Migrate Encrypted data from a TDE environment to a non-TDE environment.

Can some help with detailed steps, I can not find and MOS doc for same .
