Actual Costing Queries

Hello,

Can anyone help me with the below queries regarding to Actual Costing (Manufacturing)

  1. Is any type of Manufacturing variances are generated for 02 Actual Costing.
  2. If not, then what will happen if there will be over issue of Material or over consumption of Labors/Machine.
  3. If Variances are not generated then what is the role of Variance Batch Report R31804.
  4. If the Manufacturing Item is setup with 02 cost then do we need to define 02 cost only for Work centers? What will happen if I will define 07 for Work centers.
  5. Weighted Avg for Manufacturing Item is calculated based on formula:-

        [(QtyOnHand x CurrWghtAvgCost) + (TransQty x TransUnitCost)] / (QtyOnHand + TransQty) = WghtAvgCost
