How to set Cookie Domain Scoping in EBSR12.1.3

we are implementing "Full user interface and back-end integration" of EBS and ADF using EBS SDK for Java as per Patch 13882058 . Every step is implemented as per integration document. But the status is always VALID_GUEST but the actual should be VALID.

In my research I have found that ICX Cookie will not be shared to outside domain if Cookie domain scoping is not set. Can anyone let me know how to set Cookie domain in R12.1.3 ?
