How to fetch last/current data of record for any data element?

Hello

I am Creating Custom Report in RTF Template by using BI Publisher.

I need to show 3 data element data in my report

1. Site Activities . Group by Activity Name - getting as per requirement

2. Total Scope - On Every record user enter manually total  scope  and i want to fetch value of total Scope against activities which user enter in last /current record. -  How to get total scope required data in my Report ?

3. Actual - For Actual I Required Sum of Actual Completed in all record. - getting as per requirement
