Analysis of Log File

Dear Team,

One of our user reported an error as his UBE is going in error & he has given us the logs as attached for the UBE(R09612). Below are the specific errors which i could trace it out from the logs. Please help me to understand the possible reason for this error. Any support would be of great help.
