P958973 has no feature type for selection in JDE 9.1

Hi Experts,

We are JDE 9.1 Tool release 9.1.5.x. We want to manage feature of "Cancel Confirmation" but when access P958973 ,there is no such drop down list for feature type selection.

Why 9.2 has this feature and also App 9.1 begin from 9.1.3.3 and above has this feature but we are 9.1.5

Where should I have to re-check or any ESU is required.
