Can we run BUE program with open parameters

Hi All,

Could you please let me know the impact of running the BUE program with open parameters.  Currently  program is running for different countries with MR_HEADER_ID that is id of PM Program for that country. Like we have different PM Programs defined for each country.

Is it possible to run the BUE program without any parameters so that it picks the eligible records for all the countries where it has been implemented.

What would be impact of doing so?

As of now it is schedule at different time for every country.
