BI publisher giving error

Hi ,

My bi publisher is not working it is showing some error like

execution failed

javaw -Xmx256M -jar "C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib\RTF2PDFv2.jar" "C:\Users\PR369021\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp\tb_param.xml"

Please help to solve this problem
