Idenifying Patches Updates to Oracle Forms and Reports Installation

Last year our installation of Oracle Reports was upgraded from 10 to 12.2.1.2.0.  I am looking for some guidance to work up procedures to look for patches and updates and then
install them.

The downloads listed below were used during the installation. 

C++

en_visual_cpp_redistributable_for_visual_studio_2012_update_4_x64_3161523.exe

Infrastructure

fmw_12.2.1.2.0_infrastructure_Disk1_1of1

WebLogic Server

fmw_12.2.1.2.0_wls_quick_Disk1_1of1

Can you tell me how to identify the latest patch/update to each of the downloads listed below?
There is a Patches and Updates tab on My Oracle Support.  What Products would I search for to make sure a download is not missed?
