Table redefinition to use SECUREFILE

Hi Folks,

I want to discuss on table redefinition (DBMS_REDEF). AppDev reported us that INSERT is taking more than 1 second and wanted us to look into this and tune it to achieve less than a second. We did our research and came up that table LOBs are on BASICFILE which has some performance drawbacks, Prod DBA suggested that oracle has come up with performance improvements with SECUREFILE and probably we should go for it.

We have done table rehab in DEV and LOBs are on SECUREFILE now. After AppDev tested, INSERT is very quick now but we started facing performance issues with SELECT's and we wonder why its an issue with SELECT now. We had manually tuned SELECT's and they are optimal now.
