Late Fee CAlculation

Hi,

The late fee calculation process is not resulting any result when processed

Steps to replicate

1. Create the late fee setup (for student)

2. In this used Item Group (In Item group assign a node with one Item)

3. In late free setup let the Charge by be selected as Month and Month Between value be selected as 1

4. Assign Amount Past Due as 10, Min Due as 10, Percent as 4

5. By Using Post Student Transaction, add a charge for the item (mentioned in point 3) for 500 $. Let the posting date is shown as today's date, effective date is Nov 11,2017 and the due date is shown as Dec 11,2017.
