Oracle VM CPU hard partitioning

Hi there,

Asking for a customer:

IfI have an Oracle VM Server host machine that has 16 CPU’s and I use 8 for hard partitioning Oracle Webcenter VM’s. Is it correct that I then only have 8 left for the host and other VM’s becasue a hard partitioned CPU cannot be reused once assigned to a VM?  Also, if I then have Database servers VM's also on the same host do I only count the remaining 8 none Hard Partitioned CPU’s against the database licensing or do I still have to count all 16 CPU’s.
