PC - Assign GL Analysis Type for Cost Share

Has anyone used the Assign GL Analysis Type functionality to default the Cost Share analysis type on a journal entry?  If so, how does the Cost Share flag on the setup page work?  Below is a screenshot of how we have it setup but the GLE analysis type is getting assigned to the cost share expense lines.
