All BSSV instance not showing in deployment

Hi,

I have three BSSV instance ( DV, PY and PD) in SM. While deploying PY package  it is only showing DV instance (not PY and PD, all instance are running) in the server list. Would you guide me how to fix this?

JDE App : 9.2

Tools: 9.2.1.4
