Customer Interface - no details populated on Late Charges

Customer Interface did not populate the details on  Late Charges tab  when pass the profile_class_name - is it the only way currently to update customer after it is populated using hz_customer_profile_v2pub.update_customer_profile  (per Note#556013.1)?
