Unable to Delete a task error

Dear experts,

We have created a new project in Oracle from a similar nature project and change the detail (tasks etc) accordingly in the new project.

As we try to delete the previous project's task number, we are not allowed to do so as it mention there is budget in the task.

Please advise how to restrict system copy budgets from source project to newly creating project. Even if there is 0.00
