RATES integration with OEBS

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hey.

Help. there is a commercial offer in Oebs, there is a serial number of the machine and dimensions (which is sold) there is also a location where it is located and where to send it. we want, that at the statement of a quotation it fell through into the cursor engine RATES and the  from existing ones was formed. how to make this integration oebs and otm?
