Oregon Statewide Transit Tax - JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.1

I have a few employees that live in Oregon and work in Washington and/or Idaho. In testing the calculation, tax type G1 shows up under tax areas 13 (ID) or 48 (WA). However for employees living and working in Oregon, tax type G1 shows up under tax area 38 (OR) as expected. Is anyone else having this issue?
