Receipts Header Loaded in Receipts Summary form from wrong User ID

We have Loaded 134 Receipts Header only in Receipts Summary Form through Data Loader. The Problem is that, it has been Loaded from Wrong User ID. Now we want to change the CREATED_BY from 1219 to 1380 due to Audit Issues.
