DBA Arrearage

Good morning,

I have 2 questions:

1.  If an employee has an arrearage owing/outstanding at year-end, does this balance roll over to the new year?

2.  I see the arrearages being accrued and taken on the DBA Transaction Audit Report, but I do not see any impact on the journal.  Do the amounts sent to arrears appear in the G/L anywhere as receivables?
