Electronic Filing Process Document

Hello,

Can anyone please guide us to find out the process  or steps to be followed to do the electronic filing. We are planning to do our ACA filing via oracle for 2018 and we have started testing our 1095-c forms and it looks good. The next step would be electronic filing and is there any step by step document available ?
