Timecard Approval Workflow - Remove Guest Login
Currently, (12.1.3 EBS RUP 10) when opening the HTML attachment in a time card approval notification it logs in the user as “Guest” and does not require a login and takes them directly to Worklist Timecard Approval. This causes audit issue in that we do not know who approved a timecard. We would like to change that to: When opening the HTML attachment if forces the user to log into EBS. When that happens the approver's name appears appropriately in the Timecard Audit Report whether it is Mass Timecard Approval or Worklist Timecard Approval.
I am assuming that this can be addressed in the workflow for OTL but would like some guidance from someone that may have done this so I can get an idea of what all is involved before I make this change.
