Query for Active User Count

Hi All,

What we need is a query that show a summary of active user by application of the objects they are using in their responsibilities and also showing whether that is a ‘Shared application’ or an ‘Installed Application’ or other. Something like below:

We have made the query; but the users count is not matched with the 'Active Responsibilities and Users' and 'Active Users' reports. Query is fetching more count in comparison with the said/standard reports. E.g. Query is fetching 11 users against 'Cash Management' and reports are reflecting 8 users. And issue is in some data not in all.
