CSXSRISR unable to view active contracts for new service business process
We are on 11.5.10 experiencing problems within the service request form,CSXSRISR version 11.5.637.11510.167, after creating new business processes,activities, charges, and order types to support the business needs. Going back to what we had before is not an option.
During the testing phase it was not reported that active contracts for new service requests were not being displayed. This was caused by the coverage templates not being updated with the new business processes (the old business processes ones have been disabled but are still in the coverage template). The coverage templates have been updated with the new business processes yet the issue still exists.
