installation workbench not response

hi,

i install jde 9.20 all in one box ( one machine ) just for ps920 and pd920 on windows 2016 datacenter 64 bit. I have question as below :

1. when I running installation workbench not response take long times and i check the jde.log not have information :

2652/1008 MAIN_THREAD                        Fri Jun 22 07:45:57.911000 jdb_ctl.c4196

Starting OneWorld

2. windows 2016 datacenter 64 bit that is support jde 920 ? when I check certificated just said : windows 2016 64 bit.

note: oracle 12.2.0.1 , jde 920, tool release 9.2.2.4 ( plan not yet apply ).
