Steps of Installing 9.2.X.X -Change of hardware

Hi,


I have a question here on steps I should take for this installation as this will be the first time I do it. Here is the situation.
We are trying to do a server replacement : Deployment server, enterprise server , database server,web servers and bssv servers all will have completely different server names.
We are staying on the same tools release 9.2.2. , the OS is 2012 R2, the database is SQL server 2012 , web servers will be on Oracle Linux 7.2

Here are steps I want to take but I would like to see if anyone had similar experience and have better ideas:
