Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PREVENT USING VIEWING SOME ROWS BASE ON A COLUMN VALUE

Hi all, I need help to resolve an assignment that need to be delivered.

I want to prevent a particular user from viewing some rows, base the value in a column.

Kindly advise on the base way to achieve this.

Data redaction has not been of help.
