Billing Care PS21 News Feed

I've installed Billing Care PS21, and things seem to be working correctly except for the News Feed feature. When I click on the "News Feed" link, I get a message box that says "unable to load the newsfeed."

Is this a bug? Is there a workaround, such as a Plan entry to add, something like that? I do not see anything related to this in KB.

Thanks in advance if you know of a fix.
