EBS R12.1.3 - Incident Time for client in Arizona not defaulting properly
We have a client in Arizona, flagged as Mountain Time Zone, but the system is not taking into account that the client's location does not observe day light savings time. When issuing an SR, the incident time is defaulting as mountain time zone - daylight savings time rather than standard.
How do we make sure the system is taking into account those in the mountain time zone who do not observe daylight savings time, automatically?
