Would there be an issue with running R30601 nightly on a scheduler to allow for BOM validators to be

We have many Multi Level BOM's that when created or copied sometimes timeout while validating. Would like to try leaving the validators off in P3009 so users will not have the issue of contacting support for help. Then run R30601 nightly to update LL/CD correctly..... JDE EnterpriseOne Tools Rel 9.2.2.2
