Absolute Parcentage Error does not calculate for 06 level (but does for 01)

Hello dear experts!

Have a problem with cumint calculation for 06 level. its alwasys = system forecast * lower Cap because ape06 does not calculate and = 0

Rgistered 2 measures and executed mace "ape01Check=@ape01" and "ape06Check=@ape06" to see the value of them

Ape06 is not calculated for all items (0 everywhere).

There are forecast for 01 and 06 level
