EncryptionUpgrade failed during IP2017 upgrep process

Dear Team,

We are upgrading our environment from IP2013 to IP2017.

During upgrep process, it failed with below error/warning in EncryptionUpgrade step.

Upgrep unable to proceed.

INFO:Starting the Program

INFO:Initialization of Variables based on arguments

INFO:Get Encrypted Table/Column details

INFO:Error in getting Repository Id, Refer to log file for more details

INFO:Possible Reason : Verify the Repository Name passed as argument

Please find the attached logs & suggest me for the solutions.
