Issue in ServiceReqIO

Hi Folks,

I am facing below issue while run the OOB Service Req WS to  create SR with attachment in siebel.

I am using "Service ReqIO"  BO

<faultstring>As determined by the first instance, all subsequent instances of integration component 'Service Request' should use the same user key 'Implicit user key (Id) for UI Data Adapter'(SBL-EAI-04404)</faultstring>

Please help me to resolve this issue
