Can we link proj and budget approval in project costing?

Dear Experts,

Is there any way to link project approval and budget approval?

Because, we need to send approval notification to PM to approve after a project is created in Unapproved status.

The approval notification should contain proj bud lines info along with project info.

Only after project approval budget has to be baselined and if proj manager rejects the budget for that project also to be in drat mode or rejected mode.

Please advise.
