spread type: prop

Hi experts,

My RPAS version is 13.2.2.37

I would like to know how spreading type prop works. Two measures are registered for test. In production hierarchy "catg" rolls up to "comd".

regmeasure -d . -add test_medium -type real    -baseint mnthplc2catg -db data/test

regmeasure -d . -add test_high   -type real    -baseint mnthplc2comd -db data/test -defspread prop

Check data:

[/rpas/sbx/stars/domains/aloe2/ALOE]$ printMeasure -d . -m test_high -allPopulatedCells
