P17714 Processing Options

P17714 has a Processing Option #11 on the Defaults Tab where a Value of "1" says "Default Service Type description". Does this correspond to the Service Type description found in the PM Schedule File when a specific version of P17714 is referenced to be used to create PM Work Orders? If not, what does it refer to?

We have it set to 1 on the version used to generate PM work orders, but the Failure Description does not update on the Assigned Work Order to the PM Service Type Description, but instead carries over the Failure Description from the Model Work Order.
