Add View Accounting to AP Inquiry Responsiblity

Hi Team,

Our client has created custom responsibilities like AP Inquiry; AP Accountant; AP Manager etc. Now they want to see View Accounting from AP Inquiry Responsibilities from Tools Menu.

How can it be configured, are there any exclusions because of which its not coming.
