Pre-Shipment Confirmation for Proforma Invoice

Dear all the expert,

Good day.

I would like to print the pick slip before do the shipment confirmation. However, the pick slip do not allow the user to select the quantity and line number.

Therefore I create another new version of shipment confirmation without moving the status in processing option. Also print the "Profoma Invoice" for customs declaration.

Highly appreciate if anyone can advise whether this process is correct process or procedure before go for shipment confirmation and print invoice.

Always welcome any suggestion and advise from all expert.
