OAM server - weblogic password has expired; system down; how to reset pswd?

We stopped all Linux server services for EBS 12.2 to do server reboots.  Bringing up the servers in order, when I got to the OAM server (OID already up) to enable SSO logins, the nodemanager started but the weblogic admin server would not (startWebLogic.sh).  It showed an error about an expired password.  I think that I figured out it is the password for the "weblogic" user who is the user used by the script to start the service.  I do know the password but I cannot figure out how to reset this password.  Where is the user located???

I posted a 24/7 SR-1 because production is now down and it is almost midnight here.  Staff will be coming in tomorrow to run payroll and I cannot get the SSO portion of our EBS implementation up.  Oracle Support is researching and conferring with other staff (since 5pm) and now all of a sudden my SR just disappeared from the Support SR home page.

Howdy, Stranger!
