Patch Set for Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12.2.0.1 Windows x64

Hi, I can not find the patch set for Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12.2.0.1 what is the link?

The installation has not passed the cluster verification (cluvfy) It gives me the PRVG-11375 error, that apparently resolves with post-installation tasks, including the patch set ..
