RMAN backup failed RMAN-03002 ORA-01719

Good afternon.

Today at night backup failed, it is the first time.

Always worked fine and still works on databases 10gR2-12cR2.

Failed on linux,  DB12cR2

Starting backup at 26-JUN-18

released channel: chn3

released channel: chn4

released channel: chn5

released channel: chn6

released channel: chn7

released channel: chn8
