Can we refresh WO parts list commitment ?

Hello,

Our process is:

Generate the Work Order
1. Creates a parts list
2. Soft commitment only
3. WO Status = 20
Print the Work Order
1. Checks availability of components
2. Where possible, hard commits,
3. Where not possible, leaves a soft commit against the default location
4. WO Status = 40

The request I have had is around 2.c.

A work order has been printed, and a soft commitment has remained due to a non availability.
The component that is not available subsequently is receipted and released and becomes available.
Is there a way to print the work orders again, such that the soft commitment is now assigned and hard committed, but the remaining commitments remain unchanged?
