JDE 9.2 Custom Plan

Hello Folks,

I am installing jde 9.2 server with TR 9.2.2.2 on linux 7.4 server and Oracle DB 12.2.

I have completed deployment and enterprise server both and also install the planner ESU. Now i am creating custom plan. I was ran the custom installation plan and it was stuck on same form for the long time so i was cancel it and again ran the same plan but this time also it was stuck on same form. And it was not updating the F9650 and F9651 table. This table is totally blank.

Please advise
