Siebel Server Manager command for synchronise is missing

Hello,

I'd like to execute the creation/activation/deactivation of Siebel components/groups/parameters automatically in shell script.

This should be fully automatic. But one step is blocking me.

Synchronise Enterprise button.

This command is  not available in srvrmgr console.

Is there way how to put also this step in script to avoid manual clicking button Synchronise uner Administration- Configuration - > Enterprise ?
