12c gridware upgrade - Is it possible to restart config.sh GUI

I am upgrading cluster from 11gR2 to 12.1.0.2 

My config.sh GUI session was accidentally terminated at point where I was off running rootupgrade.sh on cluster nodes.    Is it possible to restart config.sh to complete the upgrade?    How to resume upgrade?
