Deployment failed @ step 16 in creating ASM groups

Dear All,

in re-installation of old ODA X4-2 with latest bare metal version 12.2.1.3, when we start deploying the DB and Grid we received the below error in step 16, the error related to disk groups and system complained that the disk groups the script trying to create are already exist!!! :
